Can I cancel my DriveEasy Limited Lifetime Powertrain Warranty?
No, the DriveEasy Warranty is not cancellable since it is included in the purchase of your vehicle.
Can I purchase a DriveEasy Limited Lifetime Powertrain Warranty for my other vehicles?
No, but you may contact our dealership to see if any of your vehicles are eligible for a vehicle service contract.
Do I have to bring my vehicle back to the selling dealership for maintenance?
- Refer to your warranty for complete details, but you must perform all required maintenance at the Dealer’s location or at a facility that has been pre-authorized. You must call 1.844.287.8714 to pre-authorize before each service that is not at one of our repair facility locations. Failure to obtain pre-authorization for any required maintenance that is not performed at one of our repair facility locations may result in a denial of coverage and may result in voiding the DriveEasy warranty.
- Maintenance email reminders are an included benefit of the DriveEasy Limited Lifetime Powertrain Warranty. These emails may include great coupons or discounts for service from our dealership.
- If you reside within 50 miles of one of our repair facility locations, then you must take the vehicle to our repair facility for covered repair services under the DriveEasy warranty. If you reside more than 50 miles from one of our repair facility locations, then you can take your vehicle to another licensed repair facility. An authorization code must be obtained from the administrator prior to any repair.
- If you return your vehicle to our dealership for covered repairs you pay nothing! A $0 deductible. If you reside more than 50 miles from one of our dealership repair facilities, you may take your vehicle to any licensed repair facility but you will be required to pay a $100 deductible per covered repair.
