What is a DriveEasy Warranty?
The DriveEasy Limited Lifetime Powertrain Warranty is coverage for your Engine, Transmission, and Drivetrain for the life of the vehicle. The warranty is maintained as long as you follow the recommended maintenance schedule by your vehicle manufacturer.
What does the DriveEasy Limited Lifetime Powertrain Cover?
It covers all parts and labor needed to repair a covered powertrain component. All covered parts will be listed in your limited warranty agreement.
How do I get a DriveEasy Warranty?
Purchase an eligible car from our dealership.
How much does it cost?
There is no additional cost to you for the DriveEasy Warranty.
Can I purchase a Vehicle Service Contract in addition to my DriveEasy Warranty?
Yes, the DriveEasy Wrap VSC covers additional components that the DriveEasy Warranty does not cover. The DriveEasy Wrap VSC has up to a 5 year, 100,000 mile coverage.
Can I cancel my DriveEasy Limited Lifetime Powertrain Warranty?
No, the DriveEasy Warranty is not cancellable since it is included in the purchase of your vehicle.
Is the DriveEasy Warranty transferable?
No.
Can I purchase a DriveEasy Limited Lifetime Powertrain Warranty for my other vehicles?
No, but you may contact our dealership to see if any of your vehicles are eligible for a vehicle service contract.
What do I have to do to maintain my DriveEasy Limited Lifetime Powertrain Warranty?
Refer to your warranty for complete details, but you must perform all required maintenance at the Dealer’s location or at a facility that has been pre-authorized. You must call 1.844.287.8714 to pre-authorize before each service that is not at one of our repair facility locations. Failure to obtain pre-authorization for any required maintenance that is not performed at one of our repair facility locations may result in a denial of coverage and may result in voiding the DriveEasy warranty.
Do I have to bring my vehicle back to the selling dealership for maintenance?
We highly recommend bringing your vehicle back to our dealership for the best possible service, however you can get services pre-authorized by calling 1.844.287.8714 in order to keep your Warranty valid.
Do I have a deductible for covered repairs?
If you return your vehicle to our dealership for covered repairs you pay nothing! A $0 deductible. If you reside more than 50 miles from one of our dealership repair facilities, you may take your vehicle to any licensed repair facility but you will be required to pay a $100 deductible per covered repair.

- If you reside within 50 miles of one of our repair facility locations, then you must take the vehicle to our repair facility for covered repair services under the DriveEasy warranty. If you reside more than 50 miles from one of our repair facility locations, then you can take your vehicle to another licensed repair facility. An authorization code must be obtained from the administrator prior to any repair.
- If you return your vehicle to our dealership for covered repairs you pay nothing! A $0 deductible. If you reside more than 50 miles from one of our dealership repair facilities, you may take your vehicle to any licensed repair facility but you will be required to pay a $100 deductible per covered repair.
